Every Jesselton home includes warranty protection backed by Limited Contractor’s Warranty, covering materials and workmanship through the first year, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and ventilation systems through the first 2 years, and structural systems through year six.

What’s covered under my warranty?
Your home includes a Limited Contractor’s Warranty covering:
1 year: Entire dwelling (materials & workmanship)
2 years: Electrical, plumbing, HVAC & ventilation systems
6 years: Structural systems
How do I submit a warranty claim?
Submit the notice describing the defect at least 30 days before the warranty period ends.
If an issue is found in month 12, notify as soon as possible.
Use the form on this page or mail written notice via certified mail.
What happens after I submit a claim?
Jesselton Builder has 30 days to inspect and respond.
If approved, repairs or replacements will be completed within 30 days, depending on material availability.
Is the warranty transferable?
No — the Jesselton Builder Limited Contractor’s Warranty is non-transferable.
What’s not included?
This warranty does not cover:
Damage from neglect, acts of nature, wear and tear, soil movement, improper maintenance, remodeling, paint issues, or personal/property loss.
Coverage is limited to repair costs or the home’s purchase price, whichever is less.
